RabbitMQ AMIs

The image includes the latest releases of Erlang (R12B-5 as of this writing), nodefinder, and RabbitMQ server and Erlang client. The Erlang client is fresh out of the Mercurial repo since the published snapshot seemed to have issues connecting to a 1.5.1 server.
