More Erlang AMI Updates

I’ve updated both images based on comments about my last AMI build.

This update adds the Java JRE 6.0, a full install of the ec2-amitools package, and the unzip command. The ec2nodefinder library has a bug in it which should get patched shortly. If you need dynamic node discovery right now it looks like s3nodefinder is the way to go until ec2nodefinder is fixed.

The old AMIs have been deregistered and removed from S3. Here’s the names and AMI IDs for the new images:

Also I found s3-bash quite handy to have on instances (for fetching releases)
